AI and Machine Learning:

Curve H2 believes that integrating machine learning into our systems will give us a competitive advantage. Infinitii AI software performs real-time analysis, checks flow monitoring status, sets alarms through a single interface, accepts all types of data from any source and offers predictive (what will happen) and prescriptive (what should happen) analytics. Whether it’s real-time, historic, wireless, satellite, SCADA or public data sets including USGS, NOAA and weather forecasts – it doesn’t matter where the data originates, infinitii ai transforms raw data into actionable information.

Curve H2 will use Infinitii AI Software for the Following:

  • Predict Failure Rates

  • Feedstock Flowrate Inconsistencies

  • Optimization of Carbon Product Production

  • Heat Transfer Solutions

  • Energy Management

  • Predictive Maintenance

  • Environmental Monitoring

Curve H2 Technology

Plasma Technology:

Curve H2 employs advanced AC plasma technology to convert hydrocarbon (Methane) molecules from diverse sources into hydrogen (H2) and various crystalline carbon forms (Graphene, Fullerene, Carbon dots, Carbon onions) through innovative process parameter adjustments. The Curve H2 Plasma system is specifically engineered to fine-tune residence time and quenching rate by altering the gas extraction point within the reactor and adjusting the gas flow rate in the quenching/recirculation loop.

Critical Technical and Noteworthy Aspects:

  • Direct conversion of hydrocarbon gases into hydrogen, carbon nanomaterials, and battery materials from raw or mixed sources, emissions, or captured streams.

  • In-house catalyst manufacturing and carbon purification technologies.

  • Flexibility to produce different carbon nanomaterials or battery materials based on market demand while producing hydrogen at all times.

Innovation:

Curve H2's modular technology ensures a consistent hydrogen production process, unaffected by fluctuations in natural gas availability. The key advancements in our plasma technology for hydrogen production include an environmentally friendly process with no CO2 emissions or other pollutants. Furthermore, Curve H2 offers the versatility to manufacture various carbon nanomaterials or battery components to align with market demand, all while maintaining a continuous hydrogen production capability.
